The important things you need to know before you book your room at Firefly B&B.
Reservations...
Daily rates are based on double occupancy. 2-night minimum stay required for our CALICO and SIR ROCCO rooms. The RUSTIC CABIN currently has a 3-night minimum stay. We are not able to accept 1-night stays at this time.
A deposit equivalent to a 1-night stay is required to confirm your reservation. Balance, plus 9% Vermont rooms and meals tax is due upon arrival. We accept personal checks or cash. (Our apologies for not taking credit cards.)
Hours...
Days of Operation: Thursday - Sunday*
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
(Guests arriving after 9PM - please contact us for self check-in details.)
CHECK-OUT TIME: Th - F: 11 AM. Weekends: Flexible.
Office closed from 9:00 pm to 8:00 AM. (We will answer all inquiries the next day.)
*Subject to full reopening. If you wish to extend your stay beyond our days of operation, contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you, depending on our availability.
Cancellation Policy...
Deposits are 100% refundable if you notify us 14 days or more prior to your arrival date. Last minute cancelation refunds are flexable - call owner for more information.
There are No Refunds for Holiday Weekends, Middlebury Graduations / Parents' Weekends / Homecomings, or stays of 7 or more days unless rooms can be rebooked.

Children...
Children 8 years and older welcome. For guests with younger children, please call before making reservations.
Pet Policy...
Well-behaved pets are always welcome. Prior arrangement with owner plus a $50 damage deposit are required. We are sorry to announce that due to allergies, we can no longer host cats.
Please Note: Pets must be under control at all times. They are not allowed on beds or furniture. Please bring a crate and/or pet bed for their comfort. All pets MUST BE CRATED when owners leave them without supervision. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
